A change in the weather

Many of the seasonal people are gone and the weather has turned warm and humid. There's just enough breeze to keep it comfortable. It's perfect weather for lounging at the pool.

I can't find property for the buyers I'm working with, they expect 2009 prices and there's no inventory left at that price. Some of these neighborhoods just can't fall any further. The bargains of January are gone and the new listings are higher priced. Only time will tell if the prices start to climb.
