The Bottom-Is it here?

I can't find property for the buyers I'm working with, they expect 2009 prices and there's no inventory left at that price. Some of these neighborhoods just can't fall any further. The bargains of January are gone and the new listings are higher priced. Only time will tell if the prices start to climb.
